ITA ACCESS TARIFF

The latest version of the ITA Intrastate Access Tariff #1 became effective on June 29, 2009.

With this revision, the ITA Intrastate Access Tariff #1 automatically and concurrently mirrors the rate changes contained in NECA Tariff FCC #5.

The ITA Intrastate Access Tariff #1 has some exceptions to the NECA Tariff FCC #5, some of which include:

1. The rate for common carrier line access service is 3 cents per minute

2. There is only one rate for local switching in Iowa, and the rate for local switching is that contained in NECA Tariff FCC #5 for rate band 8.
